[A6] 1.40.13 (beta) OS download

Now I'm confused. The text file accompanying the .13 OS only 
mentions some global sysex fixes, while the envelope speed 
update is reported as a feature of the .11 OS (why .12 
isn't mentioned beats me...).

And indeed, my .12 OS already has the Ultra Fast setting for 
the OSC section (as well as an Ultra Percussive setting for 
the filter envelope).

The latest Peak document however clearly says that .13 has 
an envelope speed update. 

Puzzled...
