[A6] Looing for 1.40.13 (beta) OS

Hi all,

reading the lastest Peake document, I'd like to try the 
faster envelopes of the mentioned beta OS.

Can anyone confirm the envelopes are indeed faster in 
the .13 OS release? I always thought the official .12 
already had these.

Anyway, could anyone point me to the 1.40.13 OS, including 
the accompanying text file?
