[A6] Potentially Dumb Question, Or, Is This a Bug?

 I have had my A6 for awhile, but have not played with appregiator /
sequencer much. 
 
This weekend I was attempting to change tempo using both the dial and /
or incremental up/down buttons and it seemed like my machine has trouble
with allowing me to set even number tempos. 
 
 For example, 120.00 is possible, but 119.00, or 121.00 is not. They
will be like 119.123 or 121.045, but no even numbers.
 
  Is there something I am missing here, or is this a bug in my unit? I
re-visited the manual but did not see anything that address this. Thanks
in advance for any wisdom that you can share.
