Thanks all for your advice on the A6. I just wanted to get as much info
as possible that wasn't tainted by someone wanting to sell me
something.
My last analog keyboard died recently after many trips to be repaired
(a Juno 60 - probably incomparable to the A6) and I loved its sound
compared to my VA synths. The Juno's square sound with some PWM had a
growl and a quality that I just cant get on my VA - and I know the Juno
60 is hardly the pinnacle of analog synth technology. Also there were
several sub-bass sounds that I could get, rich with overtones (muddy
warmth?), that are impossible with the Virus C I own.
This is not to mention all the lovely sound previews Ive just heard on
the A6 website...

I thought of the A6 because, for one, it wasnt made 20 years ago and
hasn't been owned by two people before me.This is the problem with most
analog synthsIve found in Australia- they're second or third hand. Add
to that its got a crazy amount of power and flexibility....but it
doesnt sound like it has any tech support or updates any more so I
needed any bad things about it before I fork out the cash.

Thanks for the opinions and advice.

Royalston
