Your reward for this noble effort will be a new generation of products that suffer from even worse quality control because you were willing to overlook it without holding them responsible. Well, I'm glad for you. Have fun, for you have contributed to the fall of manufacturing accountability and the rise of cheapness. Grip firmly gotten. :)
where do i start with products that don't live up to expectations???
this is in no way a syndrome experienced solely with synths or even
electronic technology.
you can't please all of the people all of the time and finances in
companies don't allow for every whim of the product designers or indeed
to allow continual development. i totally agree with you, products
should work, they should live upto every expectation you have, but this
is a rarity. a 'failure' could be anywhere in the chain between you and
the start of the product life.
making decisions about synths are varid and there are thousands to make.
i can pick holes in every single bit of kit i have ... from the
utterly useless studiomix controller i just sold to the flappy loose
slot on the memory card in my camera to the flush on my loo!
right now the A6 is one rosey big fat dollope of 'hey useful central!!!'
<picture big flashing neon sign>
i bought it to make music and it excells at this, crap at the washing up
... oh well, maybe it'll make me a cuppa?
