[A6] Broken key

Hello, has anyone experienced a broken key on the keyboard. I have to hit 
the f#-1 key twice as hard before it trigger. I have tried to hardware reset 
the A6, but nothing changed. Strange considering that I not hard handed 
player. Anyone experience this ? (I guess I have to send in the unit for 
service).
