Just ordered one from Music 123 and when I received it, it was packaged 
worse than i have ever seen anything packaged before.  No double box, 
no packing materials, and about a foot of space for it to jostle around 
in.  One whole side was busted off, needless to say I sent it back.  
Also, there were no manuals and no power supply so so much for like 
new.  I sent it back, found the best price for a new one (2478.00 from 
B&H photo) and had them price match it.  I should get a factory fresh 
one next week if I'm lucky.  I have bought a b-stock item from them in 
the past (korg d32xd) and was very pleased, but I decided not to take a 
chance on this item.  I think alesis packaged and delivered it this way 
and they never even looked at it, just sent it off.  (i think this 
because of the alesis tech sign off sticker on the box)  There is that 
infamous alesis quality control.
