[A6] Why is this list setup to reply to sender rather thanthelist?

the list is running on mailman software and there is an option to configure
the default reply too address.  this is setup wrong for this list.

i run another private mailman powered list.  the option is called "Where are
replies to list messages directed?" and for some reason the default is set
to 'poster' whereas it should be 'this list'.  its actually very annoying
since i never remember to change it when i reply.
