[A6] Why is this list setup to reply to sender rather than the list?

Something about preventing off-list replies from accidentally going to 
the list.  Not sure if there are other reasons.

However, I find it bites more people than it helps.  I'm subscribed to 
numerous other mailing lists, and aside from AH, none of them have this 
feature.

It's been brought up before though, and the answer is live with it. 
Maybe we could solicit a change for 2005 from Will?
