[A6] Anyone tried this with an A6?

You can save and restore the setup to/from internal
memory, but there is no way to persist slider and knob
positions. Bare bones, all this...

Yep. Different ballpark, really. The Doepfer can do
more, but is almost twice as expensive (at least where
I live). You decide how much you want to spend on
this. And don't let people tell you that the FC has no
MIDI outs, because it *has*.

There is no way to trigger the envelopes via external
CV. (Still hoping that someone jumps in and corrects
me;) You may be able to work around this in some way,
but it can be a pain if you really need that
functionality. If you use the MIDI out, the envelopes
are triggered and fully usable, and the FC has both
HOLD and REST options to influence gate time.
