SV: [A6] Does the Left/Right - Ribbon Function?

But I can’t get L/R-side of the ribbon to do any thing :( But I function 
when I use the whole ribbon to modulate the filter or anything else. Is my 
Andromeda broken ?
I need to know before my warranty time runs out.
