[A6] Brand New andromeda, Brand new problems....

i've seen mine do this a few times when i first got it ... strangely it
doesn't do it any more ...

have you played with the background tuning options?

if mine had continued to do that i would have return it ... maybe some of
the ribbon cables inside aren't making good contacts?  seems like seeing the
screen was off maybe its taken a knock in transit?  mine arrived on a small
wooden pallet they had no choice but to treat it with kid gloves, it was a
massive package in all.
