Yes - the double-press AUTOTUNE which tunes the VCOs and VCFs, but not the VCAs.

In beta OS the autotune did all three.  But if you're in the middle of a gig it took too long.  I suggested that Alesis put VCA calibration in a separate procedure as this wasn't a critical thing during a gig.  Oberheim has the same convention in their Matrix synths, so Alesis went with that convention.
