Or until the A6 sells in such low quantities that
it becomes unprofitable. *shrug*

It's had a four year run and it sounds like its
still going. The Andromeda does fill a niche now
that no other instrument really does -- you either 
have lower-voiced (and sometimes more expensive) 
analogs like the Omega 8 and Evolver on one end, 
and virtual analogs on the other.

It sounds like the A6 is firmly in the "cash cow" 
category for Numark. :)

There's been discussions on this list about it. To
me, the Ion / Micron are fun toys but soundwise
can't even compare to the A6 to me in terms of 
sound depth. YMMV.
