This could be because your other synths only receive normal MIDI CC (0-127)
codes, but the Andromeda sends only NRPN codes (0-16000). Thus it is useless
for controlling functions on other synths or softsynths or computer
sequencers. They simply can't read the code the A6 sends out because it is
totally out of range.
It is not a bug, it is something they left out of the OS. To get it as a
feature would require lots of programming on their part as they'd have to
make every knob send out 0-127 signals instead of 0-16000.
The Alesis Ion had the same thing, but so many begged for MIDI CC aswell
that Alesis put it in the latest OS update last year. Only they messed up
the code so knobs send 14-114, again making it rather useless as you can't
max out OR minimize the values the knobs send out.

Does the A6 issue of not always reliably sending NRPN to another
controller constitute a bug???....honestly that's the only thing this
"guitar player" has ever had a major gripe about...it simply won't play
right with my Kurzweil. Could be the Kurzweil's fault, but it plays fine
with all the others ( Korg, EMU. Etc... ) and their method of MIDI CC
messages...
I gave up after a month and a few posts here about it.
