[A6] low frequency noise on key release?

More like careless programming of the VCA, but that seems to fix it, 
more or less, thanks.  It doesn't totally go away when the envelopes 
have equal lengths, but it's much better.

FWIW, I only notice it on my headphones, but it is present on many patches.
