i still wonder what causes this phenomina?

VCA drift.  There is a calibration utility for the VCAs, try this and they may 
even out.  It's under the AUTOTUNE button.

   nope, i've tried that one, makes no difference at all , really guess
   it's  a hardware problem due to the tolerancegrade of the used chips.
   (could send you the patch if you want to try it out for yourself)
