Opening the case is quite easy, it then depends if the battery is on 
a socket or soldered. I had to replace the battery on my HR-MP5 one
day and it was soldered and I was not able to get a fitting battery
with soldering pins on it and the socket I got was to big.

The you need to improvise a bit.

Q, XT are based on FLASH for sure, teh Virus I think as well.

There is battery in, mine came even with a little manual explaining
how to change the battery (the bee card, not the MW).
