[A6] External Input Bugs?

Yesterday i used the external audio and CV inputs for the first time 
and ran into some troubles. 

Firstly: if i use external CV inputs to control the Filters and/or Osc 
pitch and then switch them off again my A6 screws up majorly as if 
the standard control voltages are not properly re-connected. 

Secondly: i cannot get the envelopes, arp or sequencer to trigger 
on the ext. inputs. Retriggering works as expected but not the 
initial triggering. Is there some hidden parameter preventing this or 
is it a bug?

any help or info would be much appreciated...
