[A6] OS Ver. 2.0 and voice problems

I can care less about ver. 1.40.13. Big deal. I want a fat ver. 2.0. Does Alesis want us to beg? For the A6 asking price we want SUPPORT. In every way.
 
As regards problems with voices. I have contacted Alesis both in USA, Germany, and Greece. I was told that I need a replacement chip that I could even install myself but that would void the guarantee. So I am sending it to Athens in a few days. I can wait for a couple of days, no probl.
 
Other than that I just love this synth.
