Nope, because the Minimoog's square is set by fixed resistors with enough tolerance that the pulse width won't be 50% from one machine to the next.  Also the resistors will drift from their value as they age, so a Minimoog square will be further from a true square :(
Brian, you're frightening.  Guessing Minimoog serial #'s from a sound clip.  That was impressive :)
