I think you can disable all voices except for one in the global menu. 
You might be able to figure something out with monophonic patches in mix 
mode as well.

You can look at the calibration data for each voice in the same global 
menu.  I think this is detailed in the manual, which you should download 
from Alesis.

Read about the different filter modes in the manual and check that 
you've really set it all up right.  I've not heard of broken filter 
problems on this list before.
