I don't really have the time to work of the T&T document, 
but I once redid the Chad's original. The big change is 
that I removed all hard newlines from the text, and gave 
each paragraph it's own style. So its very easy now to 
control the looks of the document. I also added a few mew 
chapters and moved some of the topics to these chapters.

Have a look below. The last docoment, with the -orig.doc 
extension is Chad's original.
