There are a few other FAQ's.  Like which flight case, how to save and 
load patches via sysex, probably more ...

It would be helpful if somebody (I'm too busy right now) gathered up the 
answers and sent them to the maintainer of the Tips and Tricks document, 
so we don't have to answer them anymore.  Also a pointer to scd's hard 
work would be nice to have there.
