[A6] a6 problem

Hi,
I saw your message about your Andromeda problems, I am having simmilar ones:
The A6s knobs are now acting very strange (nothing seems to work correctly). 
  For
instance when I turn the clock knob there are pitch changes (and the Osc
Frequency display appears).  In many cases the display will 'jitter' between
parameters.

I have reinstalled the newest OS and have tried all of the reinitialize
power up modes (turning the A6 on with the soft buttons) as well as
installing the factory presets via midi download.
Please let me know what I am doing wrong.
