[A6] Controlling the ribbon in Midi mode?

Maybe I'm missing something, but is it possible to record the ribbon movement from the Andromeda to a sequencer?In global mode I use the A6 as a Midi controller and record through an Mpc.Both midi in/outs are to the correct places,but when I record it doesnt play back.
