[A6] BPM rate and sync

Would someone please tell me how to do this a better way than I'm doing
it....I would appreciate it. I'm a manual reader but can't seem to work it
out. If you know where it is in the manual that would be helpful too.

I'm recording an audio track of a program arp and I want to set the BPM at a
different rate than it is.

1. How can I get to that screen without having to touch the tempo clock
knob?

2. Once I get to the screen, how can I change the tempo in smaller
increments. It jumps in fairly large increments and I can't work out how to
go down one number at a time.

3. I'm only recording audio, no midi and I want to make each of 3 arp tracks
for example sync, at least in temp. Is that done through the Global clock
settings...as in everything you play will be that tempo?

I know this has to be simple so I've been putting off asking thinking I
would discover it but it's becoming an issue. Thanks for any help.
