[A6] Andromeda and Micron?

Hi Richard
I've been looking for some device to run more flexible arps and more-than-16-steps-long sequences, and to send them to my A6 or Korg WS, so i think our problems are very similar .
Hoping this will help you in your decision, here are the devices I've been considering :
- Alesis MMT8 : too old or unreliable, and no arp .
- Novation Nova laptop : very nice arp/step sequencer, and a 4 part multitimbral Virtual Analog synth, but slightly too expensive ( 500 or 600 ).
- Clavia NordModular G2 : this would be the best, as you can load as may arps or sequences in a patch and then send out them through the MIDI out module/port . You also get a wonderful modular synth ... of course it's way too expensive . Too bad the MicroModular can't output sequences .
- ucApps MidiBox64Seq : wonderful device, but a too complicated soldering/assembling project
I am desperatly trying to avoid the usual Gear Acqusition Syndrom, so I haven't decided anything yet . I will surely consider the Alesis Micron as it is the cheapest device of the list (except for the MMT8 ).
I am not aware of any control or connection problems : as long as the device outputs MIDI note messages it should work .
