I definitely think we have covered the subject. I think we need an 
organized way to wrap this up, OR trust Brian to make a final list of 
items to be spec'd. I'm fine with either but I think we need to do one 
or the other.

Organized wrap up:
Davide Bruzzi has offered to set up a poll on his site and gave us an 
updated list. Brian and/or Jeff can give Davide a final list of 10 
features that are most requested and easy to implement and let Davide 
set up a poll and let's vote. Then Brian could give Alesis the list of 
top ten in order most requested by the group. That way, Alesis has the 
choice to do the top few or all ten.

Additionally, Brian could show them the larger list and tell them we 
narrowed it down to 'these' on order of preference. He could also 
mention possibly outsourcing other stuff to Jeff. That way everyone on 
this list can know that Alesis has seen the complete list, they know we 
really want 'these' the most, and all options are covered. Then it will 
be up to them and we will have spoken.

Personally, I'm fine with letting Brian take it from here but if 
everyone wants a final say then let's do the poll and get it done! The 
most important thing is that we get an agreement on the top ones to 
present.

I also suggest that if we still can't get it together in the next few 
days that Brian just go for it. He is the one who has to do all the 
specs, etc.
