...and I might add that as a former A6 beta tester and owner of a Kurzweil MIDIBoard, I would be happy to beta test the next OS with MIDI polyAT reception :)

There are not many MIDI controllers that transmit polyAT, maybe Alesis considered it at the time and didn't have the tools to test MIDI polyAT (and didn't know I had a MB).  Jeff, if Alesis volunteers you for the job, I'm here :)

I still consider it amazing that an A6 coder is subbed to this list.  How cool is that?  How many other synthlists have a member of the development team on the roll?
