[A6] Trouble with A6 - Already

you mentioned that the 'e' symbol was lit up when you turn on the machine, as
if it was being edited? when that was happening to me, i had a stuck button,
which caused all kinds of weirdness. but you said you'd been completely through
the diagnostic? double check.
