One last thing(that I can think of) is to check  the FM settings. This drove me nuts with different voices not straying in tune. Turn the osc 2 FM knob to access the parameters(at top of  osc 1 group). Make sure all parameters are set to 0. Then hit the NZext sub menu and 0 out all the parameters here. Also have you followed the checks on page 267 in the manual to see if you can isolate the problem to a particular voice? You may very well have a real problem but at least you will be able to say you covered all your bases before sending it back. Good luck.
