I'm thinking this sets the global level value of filter one.
It allows you to set a certain ratio mix of LPF/BPF and HPF
and then you can use F1 Mix to increase or decrease the level of all these
together.

But it doesn't work as you'd think
if HPF and BPF are at level zero and LPF at level 10
and then F1 Mix is set to +10, then you will
have LPF at level 20, HPF at 10 and BPF at 10
