I do! :)
One hand on the keyboard, one hand on the ribbon; I find I quite often use the hold button to keep the ribbon level constant. This involves my thumb on the ribbon and my pinky on the left hold button - OR my pinky on the ribbon and my thumb on the right hold button. Or the other way round. I reeeally need both :)
That said, I too miss a keyboard hold function: I tend to get cramps in my foot from using the pedal as a substitute. An extra button between Pitch Assign and Mod Assign next to the wheels would have been nice...
