[A6] hello..im having a weird problem with the pitch assign, mod assign....

      The grey buttons 9pitch assign, mod assign,
chord, transpose..) around the mod wheel are not
working..since i have never used them (but yet i
remember they used to work always) i only found out
lately they were not working. ... they dont react to
my pressings...no light comes out of any of those
buttons neither does any window in the digital screen.
      Its like if they were disabled, but i didnt find
any enable/disable function and the manual didnt help
me also...any clues??
