Make absolutely sure you have no MIDI loops happening, and give your A6
enough time to process data by giving adequate delays between transmissions.
Also, if you have everything backed up, you might want to do a factory
reset...  The patch memory might have parameters that are not being
overwritten by a normal SysEx Dump.

ps: it's probably a bad idea to try dumping SysEx straight to a flash card.
I didn't even know you could do it.  I always dump to user banks, and then
move them to slots on my card after I verfiy them individually.  It's better
than
having the whole card go corrupt.
