Wow, this sounds great. Definitely leave "LEAD" in the list, some of my
favourite A6 sounds are leads:-)
my list would go:

Bass
Lead
Percussion
(don't hate me but combine) Arp/Seq
Pad
FX
String/Brass (again , I think can be combined)
Acoustic

Now, I don't know, call me naive, but I think you can maybe squeeze just
about any sound into one of those categories without using TOO much
imagination, ok so some overlap and I'm probably missing like a really big
obvious one but, all the categories that have been named so far fit,
maybe...
