Try contacting Paul Lucia @ Alesis/Numark (401) 658-3131

Keep in mind, the procedure for replacing the end cheeks is not as
simple as one might think. You need to remove some of the panel PCB's
in order to unscrew the endcap from the frame - this means removing all
of the knobs, unscrewing the entire board and then reseating it properly
when finished so as not to misalign any of the buttons. I have detailed
instructions on how to do this if you're interested I'll dig them up and
forward them to you. Good luck.
