they don't. at least not the filter settings you can adjust through 
the front panel controls & menu's. They are stored elsewhere (as 
documented)

Reading between Alesis's words i assume these 'initial condition' 
values are like a calibration table.ie a set of data that is tailored 
to your particular hardware to compensate for tuning offsets etc.

Since these values are undocumented and work their magic at a very 
low level i think it would be wise to folow thier advice and "do not 
modify".
