It has been mentioned before, but the effects section does NOT apply to mix 
mode sounds. Sounds that have ANY effects will change in mix mode. Definitely, 
always. Otherwise - the A6 would need a whole group of effect processors - but 
it only has one. 

If you learn more about the sound - you could replicate this sound with an 
external effect by carefully assigning the outputs and using a MIDI-controlled 
effect device (follows your program changes). You could probably get BETTER 
than the original if you used a great effects box - the A6 has very primitive 
one!.
