Thanks guys for the positive comments on the demo. It was fun!

Dave, I agree. I didn't find the Triton screen a convenience at all. The A6
takes you right to the screen of the parameter you're editing, and that's if
you even want to use the screen. I love having the controls where I can get
to them without hunting through pages. It saves a lot of time. Also the way
you can produce a mix (called a combi on the Triton) is much easier on the
A6, and getting it out to a sequencer is way easier. It is obvious to me
that the A6 team put a lot of thought into user friendliness.

On the other hand, I really like the sound of the Triton, even though it's
different than the A6 obviously. I know people who can make magic with it
and get around the instrument just fine and love it to death. The A6
functionality just makes much more sense to me personally. To each his own I
say! I just know after 2 years of struggling to make the Triton work for me,
I was nothing short of ecstatic the day I got the A6. I know I'm going to
keep this A6 forever. If they ever make a digital synth that operates like
the A6 I might consider it. I think they are trying with the Hartman Neuron.
Until then, I'll be using the A6 and Kontakt...sample cds.

I haven't had any tuning issues. I usually let it warm up 10 minutes, then
hit auto tune once and it's good to go. When I'm getting ready to record, I
might hit auto tune again just to make sure but I find that it tunes itself
in the background just like it says it does in the manual.

I would love to hear other people's music using the A6 if anyone has some
links!!!

Cheers,
Sioux
