I don't, really. I usually have to do autotune twice, but once it's tuned, no problem.

In comparison: my Prophet gives me hell, sometimes.

Then on the other hand: I've had some VCA calibration trouble, for which I returned it to the dealer. After a lot of wrangling the dealer got Numark to replace a voice board, and since then everything's been dandy.
