[A6] Andro nebulousness

Hi,
I'm a new comer. 
First of all, I hope my english will be rich enough to be understood, I'm French.
I have my Andro since 6 weeks. Actualy I had 2 consecutivly, the first became crazy (Stability problems for both sound and display), it has been changed by the importator.
There are a lot of stuff that bother me with the last, It has a bad finish : 
Knobs have plastic and paint smudges, the ribon is not well adjusted, some printing of the board are shifted (not well printed).
And on the top of it the OS is an old one : 1.40.03
 
The sound I tune during a session is reseted if I don't store it when I switch off ("Resetting control") and it's not anymore possible to access submenu using the menu button. These two last things work with the old one and are probably due to the OS level.
 
 
Dispit all these things, the sound is immensely (much more) better than with the first one. (??????)
So my question are :
Is my Andro an old one - the serial number is : (21) A6003020400572 - ?
Are the components (or component quality) always the same ?
