You can sweep the filters, the effect is just very subtle. Both filters are 
used in mix-mode, that is they run in parallel. If you close F2, you still hear
F1. If you view the post filter mixer, you will see that all 3 outs (LP, HP, BP)
of F1 are open. So there is no way to silence the output by closing down F1.
