Hi Matt, 

yes I also tried all of the above. Tried the latest OS, the 
latest soundbanks, mono or poly mode, with or without 
arp/seq. I had the problem in *all* patches, simply by 
playing a chord or two. Extremely annoying. Couldn't think 
of anything else but to return it. Hope the next one will 
simply work. 

Apart from all this, I must say that it sounded *awesome*.
