Another thing - you can shift the range of each filter with an Offset - a
very useful thing, but that could make the filter too high to close down the
sound completely.
Also - since the sound doesn't HAVE to go through the filters (as it is on
almost all commercial synths) there could be some routing set up to bypass
any or all of them. As he said - it's likely obvious in the post-filter Mixer
section.
The A6 is SO advanced that it often makes all of us think something is wrong,
when it is behaving as it should. I suppose being more experienced with it
would help, but in my experience, things are not as fast as simpler synths;
it takes some time to sort out even one patch...
