Then by all means

Good luck. The first shipment (my first one from) to the US consisted of
SIX units. Yep I had one of the first six to hit the USofA - too bad it was
damaged. I don't have numbers on the second shipment but I do know that
many companies advertising them for sale (even IN STOCK) never ordered any
yet...

All I can say is WOW - but definitely digital - and the OS isn't done yet
(typical German get-it-out-before-NAMM-regardless mentality). I'm going to
spend this weekend making some samples and continuing to play, so stay
tuned.

BTW, if anyone wants to see what's inside, go to

yep that's a pentium motherboard in there :-) I'm half tempted to open my
new one and connect something to the video out just to see what comes up :-)

Story on this one is; my first one was doa - no sound. After talking to
some contacts and Hartmann, we decided I should open it up and make sure
there were no loose cables - there weren't so the problems were somewhere
else. Returned it, waited a FRIGGIN' two months to get the replacement -
which arrived with a busted power button! Luckily I was able to heal it and
now I'm up and running! Their biggest problem is shoddy packaging - for a
premier $4500 synth I'd expect more, but sheesh...

pretty cool FTPing to my synth though, I must admit :-)

More later
KRIS
