Do you guys know what the bank select numbers for Mix to use to change
banks in Sonar? I have checked the Midi information in the manual as
well as on line. I can't find the MSB and LSB numbers for the two Mix
banks to calculate the values for my instrument definition in Sonar.
I guessed for Program bank select, I don't know why but simply using 0
for user, 1 for Preset1 and 2 for preset2 work for me. I'm not sure why
I tried them, but they work. That would make MSB = 0 and LSB = 1,2 or 3.
I tried 4, 5, and 6 for Mix but I didn't get so lucky.
Thanks in advance for any help you can give.
Don

If you want to record several sounds at the same time, you will need to
use the Mix mode. When the A6 is in Program mode, it is a mono-timbral
synth.
If you need different internal effects on the different sounds, record
them in seperate takes to seperate tracks in Sonar.
