Hahahaha, I don't think I've ever looked in a trash bin and saw a
synthesizer sitting in there!  I'd figure somebody with an A6 would at least
try to get Alesis to repair the broken unit, unless it was Alesis's trash
being picked.
Who knows... Stranger things have happened,  I did some work for a company
in the past, which decided to throw away thousands of dollars in networking
equipment overnight.
