Never mind, I got it to work ... this isn't mentioned anywhere in the
manual or tips and tricks document, so I'll share it with you (although
most people probably know already):

I tried sending a patch bank to my computer, and the screen says that
each patch is 2048 bytes. So, in MIDI-OX, I set each output buffer to
2048 bytes and made 128 buffers. I also set the delay times to be 250
ms. I'm pretty sure that it was the 2048 bytes setting that fixed
things, but I'm not about to go check (I mean, it's working, so who
cares, right?)

I also noticed that the "store" button -- why does it have to be
red!?!?! -- stops flashing when the bank is transmitted correctly,
whereas it doesn't when it's not.

Anyway, I'm a lot happier now ... there's still the keyboard vibration
issue to work out ... as I said, I screwed down the voice board and it
helped, but each key still vibrates when I release it, and if I release
two chords at the same time, you can really hear the whole machine
vibrate ... does this happen for you guys? Or is it totally quiet when
you release keys quickly? I suppose I could try and get a thicker felt
strip to replace the one that runs along the top of the keys ...

Also, where can I get the Strawberry Flutes patch? I thought it was one
of the defaults, but it's not.

Cheers,
Chris
